 Supermarket Tescos are promoting their 

 choice of champagne for the Millennium 

 efferescent moment on New Year's Eve.  

                                        

 Called Tescos Millennium Champakne,    

 bosses claim it will siut all taste    

 buds at £12.99 a bottle.               

                                        

 J Sainsburys boast a wide range of     

 vintage bubbly, cavas and sparkling    

 wine. "Our vintage Blanc de Blancs,    

 1993, is proving very popular at       

 £13.99 a bottle," said a spokeswoman.
