 CHRISTMAS AROUND THE WORLD             

                                        

 The traditional Scandinavian feast     

 takes place on Christmas Eve with a    

 traditional smorgasbord, a Scandinavian

 buffet.                                

                                        

 In Sweden, the Christmas feast is      

 traditionally rounded off with rice    

 pudding, flavoured with a vanilla pod  

 and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.     

                                        

 It's served with rose-hip sauce, and a 

 whole almond is hidden in the pudding; 

 whoever finds it will get good luck.
