Russia despite war in Chechnya,
according to specialist travel agents.
Russian troops bombed the capital
Grozny, with thousands of citizens
trapped inside.
But Regent Holidays spokeswoman Ceri
Fairclough said: "Most of our clients
go to Moscow or St Petersburg or on the
Trans-Siberian Express, which are miles
away from Chechnya."
