 CHRISTMAS AROUND THE WORLD             

                                        

 In Australia, December 25 occurs during

 the height of summer when the sun is   

 shining and the skies are bright blue. 

                                        

 Despite the weather, some Australians  

 celebrate Christmas with traditional   

 English dishes, like roast turkey and  

 Christmas pudding.                     

                                        

 Increasingly, however, Christmas down  

 under is celebrated with a barbie on   

 the beach, or a cold buffet with dishes

 like roast ham and Cumberland sauce.
