 RUSSIAN HOLIDAYS GET FOREIGN OFFICE OK 

                                        

 Worries about holidaying in Russia in  

 the light of the Chechnya crisis have  

 been relatively few, according to the  

 Association of British Travel Agents.  

                                        

 Abta's Jackie Gibson said this is      

 probably because holidaymakers heading 

 for Russia are well informed.          

                                        

 She said: "After the earthquake in the 

 north of Turkey, we had hundreds of    

 calls from people heading for the coast

 in the south but a lot of people who   

 choose Russia know a bit about it."
