 Business Breaks aims to help small     

 businesses sell their goods or services

 by providing two advertising slots to  

 each of two new enterprises -  mainly  

 started by young, unemployed people -  

 every week.                            

                                        

 Carlton Television pays for the adverts

 to be made and provides the airtime for

 a nominal fee of £1.00. The scheme is  

 part of the company's full commitment  

 to regional life, employment and
