Crispy Roast Potatoes 4/10
■ Drain the potatoes and with a fork
rough the edges.
■ Heat some oil in a roasting dish on
top of the cooker and carefully add
the potatoes. Baste them in the oil
and place in the hot oven for 30 to
40 minutes or until brown & crispy.
