McKENNA TO LEAD GB&I AGAIN ||x||
Ireland's Mary McKenna has been named
captain of thj Britain and Ireland side
for the Espirito Santo Trophy - the
women's world amateur team championship
- in Berlin on August 23-26 next year.
It will be her fourth time as captain,
the most recent occasion being 1992
when GB&I finished second.
The team did not play in Chile last
year because of concerns over safety
after the arrest of Augusto Pinochet.
