Cabbage and Bacon 7/10
■ Cut the bacon into matchsticks. Pour
the olive oil into the now very hot
saucepan and stir-fry the bacon
matchsticks until very crispy.
■ Add the cabbage and chicken stock
and stir-fry for 3-5 mins until the
cabbage is tender. Season with salt
and pepper and keep warm.
