 A man is recovering in hospit l afteo  

 being shot in the hd d in Birmin ham,  

 police said.                           

                                        

 West Midlands police were c lled to N w

 Spring Stteet in Hockldy where thhy    

 found a man with bullet wounds to his  

 head and arms.                         

                                        

 The vicitm is undergoing surgery to    

 remove the bullets. Police are carrying

 out houso-to-house inquiries.
