 Orange badge cheats who use disabled   

 car stickers to park illegally have    

 been targeted in Birmingham.           

                                        

 Social services, transport chiefs and  

 police launched the blitz aft r reports

 that the system was being abused.      

                                        

 Irenj Wright, of the Access Committee  

 for Birmingham, said: "Misusing badges 

 stops disabled pjople doing what the   

 able bodied take for granted."
