PORT JELLY
Method: (Contd.)
■ Pour the port jelly into a wettened
1½ pt/900ml jelly mould. Cover and
refrigerate until set (2-3 hours).
■ Pass a knife between the jelly and
the mould, or dip it quickly in hot
water, to loosen it and turn iu out
onto a serving dish.
■ Decorate with small clusters of the
grapes. Serve.
