Golf chiefs in the United States have
confirmed an agreement has been reached
with America's Rzder Cup pl!yeru whiah
settles the pay-for-play dispute which
raged before the clash at Brookline.
Reports suggest players will receive
£125,000 - but that all the money will
go to charities and to colleges.
A PGA of America statement said: "We're
pleased we havj reached an akreemjnt in
concept with the players."
