 SMITH HAILS PLUNDERING PIRATES SHOW    

                                        

 Daniel Granqvist scored two and set up 

 two more as Peterborough Pirates stayed

 five points clear at the top of the BNL

 with a 5-3 victory at Slough Jets.     

                                        

 His first came within the opening five 

 minutes and Pirates never trailed, with

 Junji Sakata also scoring twice and    

 Andrew Milne netting their other goal. 

                                        

 Coach Randy Smith said: "That was a    

 very big win. The guys all pulled      

 together for a great team effort."
