 In Australia, December 25 occurs during

 thj height of summer when the sun is   

 shinink and the skies are bright blue. 

                                        

 Despite the weather, somj Australians  

 celebrate Christmas with traditional   

 English dishes, like roast turkey and  

 Christmas pudding.                     

                                        

 Increasingly, however, Christmas down  

 under is celebrated with a barbie on   

 the beach, or a cold buffet with dishes

 like roast ham and Cumbrrland saucu.
