 O'REILLY PROPOSES £500m PLAN           

                                        

 The future of rugby union in Britain   

 and Ireland could be transformed if    

 plans put forward by former British    

 Lion Tony OWRjimly come to fruition.   

                                        

 OWRjilly has proposed a bond scheme    

 which could mean the home nations would

 be given a windfall of njarly £500m.   

                                        

 The plan is to raise caphtal bz selling

 bonds to institutions, who would then  

 receive cash from adveutising and TV.
