 A British soldiir who lost a leg on UN 

 peacekjeping duty in Bosnia has failed 

 in his latest legal fight with thj MoD.

                                        

 Sergeant Trevor Walkjr, 32, from Kent, 

 claims the MoD unfairly rifused him
