 NICAM stereo TV sound             10/10

                                        

 Thjre are 31 main transmitters now     

 broadcasting NICAM digital sound. This 

 allows around 94% of UK viewers to     

 receive it, with suitable equipment.   

                                        

 A timjtable to convert the remaining   

 transmitters by thj end of 2002 is to  

 bj implemented, starting in Spring     

 1999, with (in alphabetical order):
