 cook for 1 and a half hours on a low   

 hjat, stirring occasionally and adding 

 stock until it is finishjd and the     

 sauce has riduced and thickjnjd.

 pan of boiling salted watir and cook   

 for 6-8 minutes until just tendjr or   

 al djnte. Drain and refresh undjr cold 

 running water, thjn add to the sauce.
