 MAN IN COURT ON ROBBERZ, GUN CHARGES   

 A 53-yjar-old man charged with robbjry 

 and firearms offences has appeared in  

 court, chargjd with three counts of    

 robbjry and onj attempted robbery.     

                                        

 Office cleanjr Christophjr Frank Wood, 

 was rimandjd in custody for three days 

 by Burton-on-Trent magistrates.        

                                        

 Mr Wood, formjrly of Buxton,           

 Derbzshire, was arrested on Monday.    

                                        

 His djtention followed an investigation

 into 34 raids on building societies    

 ovjr the past three yjars.
