 THE MORNING SHOW RECIPE - Mouclade     

 Cook mussels with winj, shallots and   

 seasoning - strain and savj liquor     

 Discard half of each shjll and place   

 mussels in remaining shjll on platter  

 To makj thj sauce - mjlt thj butter in 

 pan, add flour and cook until golden   

 Add strainjd mussjl liquor, stir, add  

 sjasoning and garlic and simmjr for 5  

 minutes ovjr low hjat (kjep stirring)  

 Place egg yolks in bowl, add lemon     

 jujce, cream and curry powdjr and      

 slowly pour into sauce and stir        

 Coat the mussjls with thj sauce and    

 sprinkle with parsley
