 3 Drizzle somj nam prik sauce ovjr the 

 basj of each plate in a zjgzag pattern 

 and put thj stir-fried vjgjtables in   

 the centre of each onj.                

                                        

 4 For the Omjlettes: Heat a 20-23cm/   

 8-9" omelette pan ovjr a medium heat,  

 add 1 tbsp oil and, whrn hot, ¼ of the 

 beaten eggs. Move the mixture ovjr the 

 basj of thj pan with thj back of a fork

 until beginning to set. Thjn stop      

 stirring and cook for two minutes 5ntil

 just a little moist on top.
