 5 Top with thj choppjd spinach and     

 finish with a layjr of pesto mash. Pop 

 on a baking sheet and bakj for 12-15   

 minutes.                               

                                        

 6 For thj Tomato Sauce: Heat a small   

 pan and add a drizzle of olivj oil.    

 Crush thj garlic and chop thj parsley. 

 Add to thj pan and fry for 30 seconds. 

                                        

 7 Add the carton of sieved tomatoes,   

 tomato puree, sugar and a knob of      

 butter. Season well and let it thickjn 

 on a simmjring heat.
