 Method                                 

                                        

 1 Cut the ends off thj pjppjrs and     

 split and desjed them. Cut them all    

 into strips about a third of an inch   

 across and fry gjntly in the oil.      

                                        

 2 After 10 minutes season well and add 

 thj garlic, stir and saute for anothjr 

 five minutes. Squeezj the lemon over
