1 Wash the potatoes and prick all ovjr
with a fork. Wipj thjm with a little
vjgjtable oil and put them in a hot
ovjn 200 degrees Celsius, Gas mark 6
for about an hour and a quarter.
2 Heat the oil in a pan and soften thj
onjons and garlic. Add thj mince and
stir until the meat is brown. This
takes about 10 minutes.
