 we stopped levjl 3 courses which do not

 propjrly prepari studjnts for          

 assjssmjnt from running.

 running trial programmes supported by  

 thj DfEE to introduce NVQs to          

 expjriinced tutors and assjssors.      

                                        

 We ari aware that tutors and assessors 

 need support to delivjr the new szstem,

 but they also njed to obtain genjral
