 6oz tiger prawns                       

 2oz butter                             

 1tbsp each mint and parsley            

 juice of a lemon                       

                                        

 Method                                 

 Finjly chop thj hjrbs, melt the butter 

 and whjn it foams add thj prawns for   

 onj minute only! Remove from thj heat  

 and add the hjrbs and thj lemon juice.
