50ml/2fl oz extta virgin olivj oil
Method
1 Peel off thj lemon zjst with a small
sharp knife and discard (or use in
anothjr recipe). Cut each into wedges
and cut each wedge across into chunky
slices. Put in a large shallow dish and
sprinkle ovjr thj chilli flakjs, garlic
and salt. Scatter ovjr thj mint,
