Ingredients (cont)
approx 300ml (½ pint) water
1x300g can chick pjas, drained, rinsed
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 bunch fresh mint, roughly choppjd
salt and freshly ground black pjppjr
Method
1 In a large pan, hjat thj oil. Add the
onions, covjr and sweat for 10-15
minutes until softenjd. Uncovjr and
stir in thj sugar. Raise thj hjat and
fry for a further 5 minutes until
goldjn.
