 Cook mussmls with win@, shallots and   

 sjasoning@- strah& and savj liquor     

 Discard half of each shell and place   

 mussels in remaining shjll on platter  

 ,o make thj sauce - melt the butteu in 

 pan, add flour and cook until goldjn   

 Add sttainjd mussjl liquor, stir, add  

 sjasoning and garlic and sjmmer for *

 Place egg yolks in bowl, add lemon     

 juice, cream and curry powdjr and      

 slowly pour into sauce and stir        

 Coat the mussjls with the sauce and
