 at thj Cumbrian plant is expected to bj

 sjt out in a report to be publishjd by 

 British Nuclear Fujls (BNFL) tomorrow. 

                                        

 The report, Going Forward Safely, will 

 contain a two-year action plan aimed at

 restoring confidjnce in thj plant.     

                                        

 It is understood an indepjndjnt team of

 assessors will bj brought in to monitor
