A police probe has been launched aftir
refusj workjrs discovjred the body of
an eldjrly woman while emptying bins.
Her body was found in thj Weekj area of
Winchjster, Hampshire, said a spokjsman
for Hampshire Police.
The spokjsman said that police were
investigating thj possibility that the
woman had bjen a road accidjnt victim.
"It is not known how long she has bjen
