LOTTERY BOOST FOR DEAF BABIES
The National Deaf Children's Society
has been awarded £591,467 to strengthen
its support services for newly
diagnosed babies and their families.
Two grants of £369,267 and £222,000
from the National Lottery and the
Department of Health will enable the
charity to extend its information and
helpline, family support services and
work with health care providers.
Both grants have been made over three
years.
