 ICELAND GOES ORGANIC IN £8m SWITCH     

                                        

 Frozen food chain Iceland is to switch 

 completely to organic food in a move   

 that will cost the company £8m.        

                                        

 The group will reduce its margins on   

 organic food in order to sell it at    

 the same price as ordinary supermarket 

 own-label produce.                     

                                        

 Iceland's investment follows a survey  

 showing most customers would buy       

 organic if prices were lower. Organic  

 vegetables will be introduced first.
