 NET BANKING NOT WORTH THE HASSLE       

                                        

  Dear Online,                          

   All the online bank accounts I have  

   promise the ability to manage the    

   accounts using a PC without having   

   to go to the local branch - but my   

   experience has been disappointing.   

                                        

   I've only been able to check how     

   much money is in the account.        

   Anything else and I have to go into  

   my local branch. I'll stick with     

   phone banking, which I know works.
