 STUDENTS' TOOTH GRINDING ON INCREASE   

                                        

 Tooth grinding is becoming more common 

 among students, according to the       

 British Dental Association.            

                                        

 The BDA has released a factsheet that  

 states the main cause of bruxism -     

 better known as tooth grinding - is    

 stress, especially around exam time.   

                                        

 Grinding leads to worn down teeth and  

 strain on the jaw but can be managed by

 relaxation techniques, jaw exercises   

 and use of a bite guard.
