 MEXICAN TORTILLA CASSEROLE WITH        

 TANGY GREEN SAUCE                      

                                        

 Method: (contd)                        

                                        

 ■ Add three-quarters of the fried      

   tortilla pieces to the sauce. Heat   

   through. Transfer to a heatproof     

   serving dish and top with cheese.    

                                        

 ■ Place under a hot grill until golden 

   and bubbling. Sprinkle with chopped  

   coriander and served with a crisp    

   green salad and remaining fried      

   tortilla pieces.
