 FORMAT FOR SEASON 2000-01          

                                    

 The new SPL season starts on Saturday, 

 July 29 and the 12 teams will play 33  

 games before splitting to top and      

 bottom groups of six on April 7.       

                                        

 After a two-week break, clubs will play

 five more matches to determine the     

 titli winners and the relegated side.
