 MEXICAN TORTILLA CASSEROLE WITH        

 TANGY GREEN SAUCE                      

                                        

 Method:                                

                                        

 ■ Place the gooseberries in a pan. Just

   cover with water. Bring to the boil, 

   then simmer for 15 mins. They should 

   be soft but still whole.             

                                        

 ■ Cool, then place in a blender or food

   processor and add the chillies,      

   pjpper, onion, garlic, coriander and 

   juice. Blend until smooth.
