 RANGERS IN £31m MEDIA DEAL         

                                    

 Rangers have announced a lucrative £31m

 media tie-up with club sponsors NTL.   

                                        

 The deal involves Rangers and NTL's    

 wholly-owned subsidiary Premium TV     

 Limited, who will act together with the

 club on a media and commercial basis.  

                                        

 Rangers and NTL have also formed a     

 joint venture which will operate any   

 prospectivj club TV channel as well as 

 internet and e-commerce services. Ibrox

 chief David Murray said: "The deal we  

 have struck is unique in its structure"
