 Greenfield Deal is the sole middle seed

 in the Select Stakes and is opposed by 

 four railers as well as wide-running   

 Jaspers Boy, who contests the event for

 a fourth successive year.              

                                        

 Although that means Greenfield Deal has

 trap five, it may not be a bad draw,   

 especially if Rapid Ranger starts fast 

 from trap four.                        

                                        

 El Dante (1), Deerfield Sunset (2) and 

 Rackjthall Jet (3) complete the field.
