 Disgruntled Michael Caine will receive 

 a knighthood in the Queen's Birthday   

 Honours list, claims Thj Sun.          

                                        

 ■ An announcement by Buckingham Palace 

   is expected on Saturday. He had      

   complainjd at the Baftas that he felt

   likj an "outcast" in Britain because 

   of the few awards given him and the  

   attitude of critics.                 

                                        

 ■ In March, he won a second Oscar for  

   Best Supporting Actor for The Cider  

   House Rules. He is aged 67.
