 BANK OF SCOTLAND AND TUC IN AFFINITY   

                                        

 Bank of Scotland has re-signed an      

 affinity credit card deal to provide   

 sjrvices to 6.8 million members of the 

 Trades Union Congress.                 

                                        

 Under the agreement the TUC will launch

 a "Members First" lower-rate credit    

 card with no fees next month.          

                                        

 Current cardholders will be transferred

 to thj new card. Members can choose    

 between two cards offering introductory

 rates of 5.9% APR and 4.9% APR.
