 LAW CHANGE TO LIGHTEN LOAD ON BANKRUPTS

                                        

 Insolvency practitioners who advise    

 on bankruptcy are in favour of changes 

 to the law to recognise the difference 

 between honest and dishonest bankrupts.

                                        

 Ron Robinson, partner with insolvency  

 specialist Begbies Traynor says: "It is

 unwarranted to tar them all with the   

 same brush as a crooked bankrupt."     

                                        

 But he says a six-month discharge for  

 honest bankrupts may bj too fast for   

 official channels to copj with.
