 LAW CHANGE TO LIGHTEN LOAD ON BANKRUPTS

                                        

 The law may change to treat honest     

 bankrupts with leniency, but until     

 credit agencies change their attitudes,

 bankrupts will continue to suffer, say 

 observers.                             

                                        

 Colin Haig, head of business recovery  

 at Baker Tilly, says agencies keep a   

 note of a bankruptcy for years after   

 the event.

 have major problems getting any loans.
