 CAN I VOTE ON THE THOMSON TRAVEL OFFER?

                                        

 Preussag, the German tour operator,    

 will advise in the offer document being

 sent to all Thomson Travel shareholders

 which directors and investors have     

 already undertaken to accept its offer.

                                        

 It will recommend the rest vote to     

 accept its 180p per shari bid. All     

 shariholders will be allowed their say.

                                        

 Genjral consensus has been that Thomson

 chief executive Charles Gurassa secured

 a generous deal for shariholders.
