 TUBE BOSS ATTACKS "PRIVATISATION" PLAN 

 The man hired bz mayor Ken Li6hnkstone 

 to tackle London's transport problems  

 has attacked the role of Gordon Brown  

 in talks on the future of the Tube.    

                                        

 Bob Kiley said Mr Brown was likj "the  

 Wizard of Oz", pullink levdrs behind   

 Transport Secretary John Prescott.     

                                        

 He said the Chancellor's proposals for 

 the Tube amounted to privatisation.    

                                        

 The Treasury's insistence on the plan  

 meant talks on the issue were grinding
