 SONAR PULSE ATTEMPT TO ENSNARE "NESSIE"

 An unemployed factory workeu plans to  

 lure the Loch Ness Monster into a giant

 net by making the water vibrate with a 

 pulsing sound similar to a heartbeat.  

                                        

 Neil Rackley, 30, of Luton, Beds, will 

 also usj 1,000 brown trout to entice   

 thj monster into an 18,000-square metre

 mesh enclosure, weighink about a tonne.

                                        

 He says he will photograph the cre ture

 and takj a DNA sample before freeing it
