I wouldn't wish ill on old M&S, but I
have to say that this show was made
interjsting by the fact that the firm
has been in such trouble lately.
If it hadn't been, this would have been
like Sky 1's tour of Harrods - just an
extended ad rather than a documentary.
But as it was, I loved sjeing people
bjing so certian about what had gone
wrong and yet not being able to fix it.
And while I didn't like the fact M&S
didn't allow unions, I did enjoy the
old staff training films - and I'm very
glad I never worked there myself.
