 Thj campaign for winter fuel paymjnts  

 to bj extended to severely disabled    

 people is being kept up by the         

 All-Party Disability Group.            

                                        

 But Maria Eagle, Minister for Disabled 

 People, is still maintaining that the  

 Disability Living Allowance iu alrjady 

 in place to meet fuel costs, so extra  

 payments would be inappropriate.       

                                        

 Thj debatj continues, but the situation

 is unchanged at present.
